Hardee's

The burger was cold, vegetables were icy, the only thing warm was the bun. For $9 The burger should have been hot. I didn't have time to take it back. Every time I have been to a Hardee's in the last few years, the burger meat is cold and there is a ton of mayonnaise. They use to care more and have good burgers. I will not go to Hardee's anymore.

Ordered Frisco burger meal. When handed food, realized there was no fries. Mentioned it. Got them. Pulled to parking behind building to check rest of order. Had been told it would be on premium bun ($.30 more) because Texas Toast bread unavailable. First, it was on Texas Toast, not premium roll. Second, there was no cheese and only 1/2 slice bacon with an almost not there slice of tomato. Pulled back to drive thru ordering. Girl actually argued with me that it was right and on premium bun. Manager finally told me to pull to window. Holding Burger out of window, I asked, Does this look like a premium bun and where is the rest of it? Burger was remade on a premium bun. Manager said they had a new cook and he read the picture wrong. Sorry for the inconvenience. This Hardee's used to be really good but the last few times I've been there it's left a lot to be desired. When it takes over 1/2 hour to get what was ordered, it's not fast food.

I was sorely disappointed. My whole experience took a lot longer than what's expected for a fast food restaurant. The staff does not work well together and none of them were especially friendly. My hot dogs were not topped well and looked like it was missing something. I hope they get their act together!

Was nice at the beginning..the guy told us he was almost closing,taked our order and when we checked the bag..missing the coleslaw,dressings for the 10 chicken tenders (special pack) and the sweet tea. Each pack of 🍟 was at ½ and the drinks was over iced when we asked for "lite ice"... we notice that when we was on the way.😇

I made a online order when I went to pick it up I try to open the door to find out the store lobby was closed, she made me go around against the traffic just because they was only 3 people working and she couldn't go outside to bring me the order. Bad service in all aspect, HARDEES at Hershberger and Peters Creek have better service.
