The pizza was great and fresh! We had amazing customer service from Josh who helped us with coupons for a more affordable pizza! I’ve never had that before from a chain pizza place, we will definitely be ordering from them again. Only negative is that they wouldn’t deliver to our location 4miles/ 10min drive away, but the experience makes it worth it. Thanks josh and papa John!

The pizza was great as usual, but the chicken wings were very chewy. I waited to speak to a manager and the only option was to recook them and send them later. No thank you. Apparently no one else had a complaint on this date and they had sold a ton of them. Not so much the price, but was the chicken undercooked or a bad batch, I dont know? I will not order wings from this pizza chain again.

Ordered one pizza and chicken poppers from here and usually get the food delivered around the time the tracker states but this time it wasn’t even made until past the time it said it was going to be delivered and when I called and asked when it would be ready the person who answered the phone was very rude and just said they had two drivers, which is understandable, however it is no excuse to get an attitude and be rude with someone over something that they paid for. I understand that they might be stressed because of short staffing but being rude to the customers when they just ask a question in a nice manner is not a place anybody wants to return to spend their money on.
