Goodfella's Pizza

Such a disappointment! This used to be the only place we ordered, but we have had far too many bad experiences--A partially cooked calzone...one time where they just never delivered our pizza...and another where they never answered the phone, despite definitely confirming that we were within the hours of operation (and like 7 calls). It's really a bummer as I think the pizza is really good and they used to be really on top of things. Nothing more to say--really disappointed! (Not to mention that I have NEVER written a bad review)

I am completely dissatisfied. I ordered a small order of cheese sticks, which was $7.99, and received a small pizza with cheese melted on top. I, and everyone else I talk to, assumes that cheese sticks are mozzarella sticks. I also ordered Chicken Parm w/ pasta and it was two chicken strips thrown on top of some spaghetti with very little sauce and a little cheese. That was $10. Terrible. I've had store bought chicken strips that were of higher quality than those; and isn't Chicken Parm supposed to be made with a chicken breast? Brambleton location. I'll never order there again and will spread the word. $20 wasted.

THANK YOU SO MUCH GOOD FELLAS!!!! 100% RECOMMEND .... Ordered food for delivery, after an hour it had not arrived so called to inquire.... they delivered the meal immediately and comped the meal!!!! On top of that the food was excellent!!! Ordered wings, pizza and a salad. :) THANKS AGAIN GOOD FELLAS!

The pizza and cheese sticks weren't as good as grocery store frozen pizza, they were only just warm, not hot. It took then over one hour & 15 minutes and two phone calls before they delivered. They had marked the order as take-out after the first call, even though I GAVE THEM AN ADDRESS. 40 minutes later they said they'd remake the order and get it to us ASAP - took another 40 minutes. And it wasn't hot. This was a bait-and-switch Groupon order. The deal VERY specifically said delivery. This had changed to take-out by the time I printed the groupon and thus part of the confusion. We have ordered from Goodfellaz for several years with mixed results. Had one previous fiasco. There won't be a third. And Groupon, even though they refunded both the Groupon's I ordered, is in the trash with the remainder of the less-than-mediocre pizza. Won't do another one after this bait-and-switch.

Very average pizza at Goodfellas. 3 stars is pushing it. There was a weird guy working here I think his name was Shannon. Not sure if he still works here. This guy acted like he couldnt even get a simple order put in. He also made a comment saying *id rather be talking on the phone with my girlfriend*. If your going to make a comment like that make sure you say it to yourself. Overall the food.....wasn't impressed at all despite several people telling me Goodfelllas was a *local pizza legend* in the words of a friend.
