Firehouse Subs

My husband loves Firehouse. We had an earlier dinner here today. When we had ordered I used the restroom, an employee was coming out as I entered. I went to wash my hands and both soap containers were empty, hmmm. I told the gal at the cash register and she invited me to use the sink behind counter. Went to get drink no ice, just as I went to tell someone an employee came with a scoop of ice for me. As we were eating I noticed 2 employees were working on the ice machine in back room. The employee with no gloves actually had his entire head in the machine he came up with either his retainer or hopefully an ice cube which he put in his mouth. Sorry for the long story but we arrived home an hour later and I have never been so violently ill before. I will not be back to this location. ZERO STARS.

First and last visit. Have not visited a Firehouse in several years and now I am reminded why. Ordered a 12 inch Spicy Cajun Chicken and I asked for the Banana peppers, onion and cheese be left off. I asked the girl if Bacon could be added since I left three things off and she smiled and said yes. Looked at the receipt after I left and there was a $1.50 charge for the Bacon even though I had several things left off the sub. Really Firehouse? That hard up for the money? The sub was mediocre at at best in taste so guess I am done here.

I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. Firehouse has amazing tasting subs. I have celiac and they offer a GF bread. It was delicious! The young woman Marcella took the time to make an aluminum foil wrap to place it on for the warmer, changed her gloves for the meat steamer. Also when we were there, they were super busy and she never missed a beat answering the phone and helping every customer like a rock star! Thank you Marcella!

Great lunch spot. Good subs, love the Mac & cheese. Staff here is always fast and friendly. I work within walking distance and eat here for lunch a few times a week. I've never waited more than a few minutes for my food. Sometime it comes out faster than it takes me to grab a drink and wash my hands.

Delicious! If you order online, make sure you check to make sure you have everything. But besides that, awesome. Update: I had a bad experience with their online ordering system, I don't blame the store, so I'm still giving them 5 stars. I ordered for 4:45 pickup at like 3:50 and when I arrived at 4:45, they had no trace of my order. So I showed Corey my email receipt and he got right to work. Corey has great customer service talents and is a great employee. Corey, you killed it, keep up the good work! 💪
