Kfc

Everytime we go there they always mess our order up. Sometimes the chicken is very dry or the give us the wrong items. Today we bought Nachos Bell Grande, Grilled Cheese Burrito, and Beyond chicken. When we finally got our order the chicken was not in our bag. We waited for them to come back to the window to tell them what they forgot she rolled her eyes and told us they never made them and to pull around front. When we finally received the chicken there was no apology and just walked off. When we get home to start eating they still gave us the wrong chicken. Do they not care about customer service? If I could give them 0 stars I would. The management just dont care.. I so fed up with this facility I'm reporting it to corporate.

Went to KFC this past week( week of Sept 1st)ordered a 8 PC bucket with mash potatoes & gravy and corn,with a individual Mac and cheese...getting home to start eating we noticed there was no mash potatoes but there was the gravy for it...in its place was Mac and cheese...and then we noticed there was no biscuits (4pcs)...my wife called to complain twice because the first time was for the mash potatoes and second time was for the biscuits...we were told they would put our name on a list so the next time we come they would correct it...this is not the first time we've had a problem there don't understand how you can't read the ordering screen and put the wrong items in a bag,it's from not paying attention...in saying that I've worked at more than a few fast food restaurants so it gives me knowledge of putting food orders together...so now instead of just checking out the bag if all the items are there,I'm going to open up the containers if the food is right...this is at ALL take outs,and it's real sad having to do this...here is a picture of size of a drum stick compared to a wing...and getting two free cookie for a mistake someone made doesn't work anymore...
