Fiesta Mexicana

Food here is really good. Tinga de Pollo has way too many onions, but the chorizo and carnitas are delicious. Tried the tostadas and tacos. Tostadas are good, full of toppings and delicious. The tacos were even tastier and the salsa they offer has a great flavor, not just spicy for the sake of being spicy. This is legit the closest to actually resembling the food I grew up with on the Mexicam border that I've had up here in the MD/DC/VA area. I took a star off because the service wasn't great. Once we had menus, we waited so long to get our order taken that I just went up to the cash register. Then we waited a VERY long time for our food. It took just over 30 minutes from we walked in for our tacos and tostadas to arrive at our table. And we walked up to pay our bill because we weren't sure if a server was ever coming to leave it. And no one ever really greeted us or made sure we didn't need anything. Food was so good that we will come back, but will make sure I'm not already really hungry when I arrive. UPDATE: After hearing from the owner 7 months after my visit, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place. The owner is hostile toward any review that isn't 5 stars, even if written favorably. He's made it clear my previous honest review isn't welcome, but I'd warn other potential customers from visiting in case he treats them similarly.

This place is incredible. My wife is from Texas and says this rivals some of the best she has had down there. The owner and staff are really nice. The owner came over and talked to us and told my wife that the next time we come in he can make us extra super spicy hot sauce because my wife used a lot of the hottest sauce they have. 10/10 EDIT: We just came back a few days later because we couldn't help ourselves and he remembered us just from that one visit. He made the sauce for my wife and she absolutely love it. He could tell that we were a little shocked to see that he remembered us and said "people always ask how I remember people and the reason us because I care. If you don't care about the food your making and the people your serving you are going to fail" this place is now a 100/10 in my book

There is no better mole in Maryland. I can't stop when I come here. If I even get within five miles I have to stop and get dinner. I always eat too much and walk out happy. The owner loves coming by our table and regaling us with tales of Mexico and the trials and tribulations of bringing the mole over the border.

Food is good. That’s a compliment to only the cooks but that’s where the good ends. The owner puts on a smile for the money but shows his true colors at the earliest inconvenience. He’s rude to his workers, rude to customers, especially if they are brown. I suggest giving your money to a local business that actually cares about their clientele. To finish this review I will suggest you use the response the owner will eventually give me to prove my point :) have a great day.

I’m sad that I can only provide up to a 5 star rating for this place because they deserve sooo much more! First of many foreseen future visits was a true pleasure. I was in a hurry and, was able to eat and get out quickly for work! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were so kind and accommodating! As in the famous movie “The Terminator “, “I’ll be back “! ❤️
