Chipotle Mexican Grill

When I order with their app, they always put little to no cheese even when I requested extra cheese. One time they didn't even put any hot salsa. There was separate day when their app informed me, they were out of cheese, further confirming this isn't a one time thing. To their credit, they do not under-cook the rice.

Chipotle Dry meat that looks like it was left over from the day before and bottom of the barrel. I did ask if they were making fresh steak and they said no they're only making chicken. Multiple people behind us were unable to get steak. And their idea of an almost $5 double meat is laughable Needed to add so much sour cream just to make the meat a little tolerable Both the Lettuce and corn toppings were frozen I couldn't even eat my bowl so we ended up leaving but when we tried to throw away our trash there wasn't a trash can to be found in the whole restaurant This establishment was well staffed but several of the employees had such a negative attitude as if they didn't even want to be there We have visited this specific location multiple times in the past and never had any issues. I don't know what is happening here now but wow this location completely dropped the ball 😔

Chipotle in this area is horrible. I just experienced the most disrespectful food service employee. This young lady worked the online orders station this evening and proceeded to be disrespectful and rude towards me in response to a simple question. When I asked to speak to a manager to address the situation, the young lady continued to be disrespectful and a coworker was encouraging her. The manager apologized for her, but did not take her off the line to cool off or anything. Is this how Chipotle trains their employees? Their leaders? Is this the standard? Corporate has been contacted.

Once again they were missing items. We asked beforehand if they were out of anything. Proceeded to wait in line for 10 minutes only to be told they were out of black beans & peppers & onions. Not the first time this has happened. I can understand raising prices but globbing THREE giant spoons of rice to fill space is a poor way to to keep customers. I may try a different one in the far future but I'm done with this one. 😔

I wish there was a zero or negative I could put here. However, I was standing in line waiting to order. The first issue was there was a 20 min wait on chicken. So I figured that I could get an alternate protein. Once I was at the front the young lady took the first part of my order, and was very friendly. As I moved down the line I noticed the young lady was cleaning the line, however she was picking food off the sides of the pans without gloves on. She saw us waiting, and continued to clean the line. She played and talked, in the back and in the front of the store while we waited for our food. Once the line was clean, another petite young lady came over, and they began to bicker who was going to work the line. I spoke up and asked if they could just finish my order, and the co worker she was bickering with agreed. The petite young lady replied to her co-worker,” I don’t care about them.” Lastly, the young lady at the register had her cell phone out, and said to the young petite lady, “Say cheese.” and the petite young lady put up her middle finger and took the picture. This has been the worse experience I have ever encountered. When I asked who the manger of the store was, so I could talk to he/she, I couldn’t believe it, because she allowed them to do whatever the wanted to do. I do not care for writing emails about people and their work ethics, but the customer service there was absolutely awful.
