I have been a member of Sam’s Club for over 5 year now and never in the five years of membership across several states have I encountered a Sam’s Club associate as rude and unprofessional as this associate was to me today. She should not be working with the public at all in any industry. I reported her to the on duty manager, but I have little confidence that the matter was even addressed.

My family and I shop at this location often. Customer service is usually ok but today while shopping I asked a young man by the name JAY for assistance with something clearly out of his department. This young man was so polite, respectful and helpful. His customer service was beyond amazing. I hope his hard work (noticed while shopping) and customer service is noticed by upper management. I offered money and or soda for his hard work and would you believe… he refused them both and said “it’s what I’m here for” JAY you get 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Placed a curbside pickup order at 9 AM for a 1-2 PM curbside pickup. I don’t get the notification that the order is ready until 1:45PM. I get to the store and all the curbside spots are being used but guess what… no one is in the car! There are literally no spots in this area for parking so I call the store; they inform to park close enough to a spot, and then when I see an associate with my order; to tell them to come to my car.. but again there are no spots near the building. Closest thing is Home Depot… i call again to tell them it’s no spots and I have a sprained ankle. They hang up. I call again.. same thing. I called a third time and the lady informs me to come in store..again..I CANT WALK THATS WHY I DID CURBSIDE. I go home and get a friend to help me carry the stuff from the store to my car. At this point it’s past 2PM. I go back to the store and i wait 15 minutes for a person to appear and no one just wonders why im sitting in the middle of curbside in the club. I finally get my order and they forget my 10lbs of sugar. I call the store on Sunday morning for a refund. They tell me refunds can only be done in store and I’d have to come back. I say that’s not acceptable and il placed on hold. Im waiting 10 minutes and I get hung up on. I say enough is enough and go to the store…again! I get there; it’s crowded with 9-10 people at customer service for problems. They never brought the sugar to the front..so i was told to just grab my product from across the store (still sprained ankle mind you)and go.. literally just walked off the shelf and left the store. The manger never apologized and just said “oh well. Their machines are small they miss stuff.” I’ll never return here. I will likely purchase a Costco or BJs card after this experience.

I like it well enough, but being handicapped an unable to walk very far they do not have a grip on there motorized carts. They get taken to Walmart and sometimes the bus stop. They should be for in store use only. Only one time this year did a employee help me get one. Sometimes I just leave for lack of these carts.

I was treated so bad in this store by one of the associates. I Had gone in to shop for our end month shopping therefore had goods well over 400dollars. On reaching the self service counter this tall, loud and rude associate comes takes the card from me because its my brothers card and shouts over the intercom there is a customer using card illegally. I have been a customer for six years and this is the only Sams club I have been handled like a common thief shop lifting goods worth over 400dollars. My brother has back issues back lives with me so we share expenses. i pay the Cosco card he pays the Sams card he has my mum in the other card (she also lives with me) i have my kid other other cosco card. My brother called on phone, tried face timing them, tried showing his ID to confirm i had not stolen the card, if they had asked for ID they would notice same surname. I guess they judged me and my child on how we looked and our immigrant assent. They denied us paying and we left with no goods. Went to Cosco and did the shopping there. I know this is a large retail shop and you do not need my coins but please treat people with decorum! the floor manager did not do anything even when he showed up , they enjoyed embarrassing us and telling me and my 13yr old to leave. i have worked as a caregiver and shopped for my clients and nobody in Timonium ever treated me like that, i worked as an associate in sams club nearly two years and i never treated people even if they looked poor that way! i still shudder when i remember her loud obnoxious voice , very uncouth behavior! Inform them looks can be deceiving, we may be silent and look simple but we are humans and have more manners and values. if i could give zero star i definitely would, stop employing crass uncivilized people.

This is my favorite place to shop , I don't have a big family but there's great deals and you can always stock up and put things in the freezer !, I mainly buy the large 32 packs of deer Park water here VERY OFTEN ,as they are cheaper here than anywhere else so I stock up cuz I mainly drink water ! I really like the members orange juice as well, in my opinion it's just as good as any other brand I've tried on the market at a way better cost and it comes in a double pack ! SEE PICS) I also like to fill up on gas while I'm here, the prices are unbeatable ! Premium gas is what put in my Dodge charger SRT8 and it takes premium gas and it's literally $0.50 a gallon cheaper than anywhere ! period ! That's a $9 savings on a tank of 18 gallons of gas for this beast ! Wow ! That's almost a $40 savings a month only filling up once a week and sometimes it's more for me depending on how much I use the car ! and.....I OWN 3 vehicles total I do this with ! 2 Dodge chargers and 1 work van ! So JUST IMAGINE ....It's MORE THAN worth the membership fee alone ! 😁 JUST A QUICK UPDATE: as of May 9th we are finding that we are now having to shop at different places to SAVE as we compare prices , example a 36 count egg carton at Sam's club are $2.42 cheaper at Walmart 20th the same 36 count along with coffee creamer and other things we now split our shopping between Sam's club and Walmart and save an extra $20 and more on our bill just by walking next door to Walmart from Sam's and just think we're paying for a membership at Sam's, SIGHHHH :(
