Chick-fil-a

Excellent service and food - super busy location. Don’t be alarmed if you see the long line, they move cars through quickly except for the one time someone tried to pay for their lunch with $100 bill and stopped time. 😂 I’ve been here several times now and the food and service has been very good and very consistent. Chick-fil-a does a good job in general and this one is an excellent example of what they aim to achieve.

Food is DELICIOUS - like, some of the best I've had from a chick fil a. Service was mediocre; Jacqueline was amazing...gentleman running the food at the front never smiled, brought our food out in multiple bags instead of putting them in a single plastic bag, gave us a drink container that wasn't complete (as in, he couldn't be bothered to put it together for me), and clearly didn't want to be there. Didn't catch his name because he walked away so fast each time he showed up! No spoon for my chicken noodle soup, lid came OFF of my drink AND my mac and cheese. Do better, guys!

I haven’t been to this location in years…not because there was something wrong but because there is a location closer to my home. I finally decided to revisit this location and ordered a kids meal 6 count nugget. Upon arriving home I thought I was given a 3 count with crumbs. Turns out I was put down for a 5 count (didn’t know this was an option) but was given 3 nuggets and 2 mini nuggets. What a rip off- this is what I get for cheating on my diet.

This place was awful before it was rebuilt and it’s still awful. I visited this place the other day and it’s even worse. There’s no structure, the place is not clean, being new it should be as clean as the one in North Point which is also new. I ordered two Cobb salads and asked for chicken strips on one and chopped chicken on the other well as you know they got it wrong. I asked them to correct the order and the person behind the counter was cocky about replacing my order and when he did he tossed the salad on the counter and left. I was angry and decided it’s not worth a scene so I left and decided to use Google to express my feelings toward this fiasco of a place 😎

Been coming here for a while since I moved to Roswell but I’m done with this one. I love Chick-fil-A but this location has gotten my order wrong probably over half the time and ai have been coming here pretty frequently for over a year. Happened again today and it was the last straw. I have no problem driving a bit more for better service, I’m sure most people will feel the same.
