Burger King

I thought to myself a chicken sandwich sounds good. So I got it and this is what I received. A burnt chicken sandwich and tasted dry. NEVER get there chicken sandwiches they always come out burnt. Never coming back. I feel sick to my stomach lady at drive through never gave me my receipt so I can't do a review online. Only thing Burger King is good for is there shakes.

Oh my! System was down so credit card couldn't be used. Serving staff a bit unfriendly especially to the guy whose first language isn't English. Filthy bathroom conditions. Guy working in kitchen helping himself to fries using same hands he's preparing orders with. Burger was cold. This place needs a more conscientious manager. Facility needs repair, too. However, we received a couple friendly, "Have a nice day!"

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Waited 20 minutes for a Burger, fries, and an order of chicken fries. They ask everyone in the drive thru to pull around and wait. Then 10 minutes later they walk outside and ask what you ordered, meanwhile they haven't even begun to cook the food. I walked in after 20 minutes and asked what I was waiting on. They hadn't even started cooking the Chicken Fries! Got a refund and left. I refuse to wait 30 minutes for a cold burger.

I've been here three times now. All around 930ish PM. And every time I've waited 15+minutes for TWO WHOPPER MEALS. The first time the lady working the drive thru was extremely nice and accommodating asking whether we needed sauce and when I ordered a Dr Pepper and the soda was out, she very kindly replaced it with something else. The second and third times the guy working the window was nice as well, but still took forever. This third time though. LET ME TELL YOU. We sat here for 17 minutes and FINALLY watched someone starting our food but WITH HIS BARE HANDS. I've worked multiple fast food jobs and NEVER seen anyone make food with bare hands! So we asked the guy at the window if they could be remade and he said of course. We sat there another 5 minutes waiting but instead he refunded the money back. NO FOOD. It's late. I'm hangry at this point. I do NOT recommend this Burger King. Maybe during the day it's better. Maybe going inside is faster, but I'm not willing to find out ✌

This has to be the worst fast food restaurant location I’ve ever been to. I love the impossible whopper so I’ve tried over and over to order it and there is usually no one even there to take my order and last time the food took 20 minutes to get. This time I ordered off the app and went to the store 20 min later. They didn’t have my order even though so they said it came through this just “didn’t know where it came from”. I didn’t have time to wait and asked for my money back. After waiting for her to find the manager which she never did, I Lost my $16 and got nothing but a headache again from this store. I give up on bk!

I have never had a worst experience in my life, first it took them 10 mins to make my three sandwiches with nobody in the restaurant or drive-thru. Next, after I placed my order they said they were out of the bacon cheesy bits. Went to get my Coke zero, machine didn't work, and neither did the driver-thur. Went into the men's room to wash my hands and the lights didn't work properly. Dining room was a mess. The manager needs to be replaced, because they are incompetent of running a restaurant. I will NEVER go back to this disastrous restaurant. Plus, another reviewer said they had a Coke freestyle machine, That's a lie!
