Horrible customer service with employees. The two girls that closed early on 2/9/22, but closing time shows to be at 11 on website and also on the windows of the store restaurant and drive-thru. However I get there at 10:10 PM ordered a meal along with added mozzarella cheese sticks food was prepared very quickly I was the last car to drive through… drove off as it looked like l had everything l ordered was on my way back to work directly across the street and started eating and all my mozzarella cheese sticks which were cold and the cheese was rubbery so I had not made it out of the parking lot turned around to get back to explain my food was cold the employee came to the intercom and stated we are closed by this time it was only 10:15pm I tried to explain my reason for coming back no on answered, so I drive to the window she looked at me walked away and they shut off all the lights, So l then drive to the front and checked out my burger it too was cold, my bun and cheese was even still cold, l knocked a on the door for help with my order on the window No one ever came next thing I know the vehicles in the parking lot left before they close drove off leaving me there with cold food and no help to fix or get a refund by this time it was 10:30pm employee closed and left… but they supposed to be closed at 11pm…

Wasn't the best. Soda was flat, told them and they appeared to fix the machine. But when they gave me another it was still flat. There was a line at that point so we just left. We don't keep soda at home so it's a treat when we order it out. Got home and realized they messed up my husband's order. He ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. It was a regular chicken, zero spice. We rarely pick up fast food, but when we do (from any of them) they usually mess up the order somehow. You want people to support raising minimum wage, then help us get behind that by at least trying to get our orders right. We paid for it after all.

Closed at 940, posted hours closing at 11pm. Update: tried one last time a few weeks later, this time at 9pm, all lights on restaurant on, drive thru headset was keyed on so I could listen to people talking through the speaker, but again, they closed two hours early. Watched other people go through trying to get food again and again, just to be ignored. I understand labor shortages. Post the correct hours so people don’t waste their time trying to buy your product. If you’re trying to get fast food around i35/i45 interchange, don’t waste your time, try Wendy’s. They can at least manage the basics of serving hot food hot and being open relatively close to posted hours.

Hours posted stated open until 11:00 PM. Arrived at 10:19 PM and was the 4th car in the drive thru line with 3 more cars behind me. When it was finally my turn to order at 10:32 PM, no one answered the drive thru. Assumed they were busy since it was taking the other cars a long time to order their meals. Two minutes later, all the workers walked out the back door and proceeded to leave. The car behind me yelled at them and they kept walking and said they were closed as they walked to their cars. No we are closed sign in the drive thru screen, all lights were still on. Not even a recording like other restaurants stating they are closed when you drive up after hours.
