Wendy's

Pre ordered on the app in hopes to save time. Got to the drive thru and sat for approximately 1 minutes before a voice came on and said "1 sec". Approximately 2 minutes later the same voice said "what do you need?". I responded that I had a mobile order and gave my name. The response was "what?, so I gave the info again. I was then told "next window". After I got to the window, there was a you man with no name tag at the window. He did not greet me or acknowledge me in anyway until he handed me my drink. No words exchanged. About 2 minutes later he handed me the bag that had my sandwich in it, again no words exchanged. I will say that a "Welcome to Wendy's" and a "Thank you" would have resulted in a much higher rating. I snapped this photo while I was waiting for my turn to get to the window. I guessing Wendy's has changed their "recipe".

The Manager an Indian woman, who was taking orders. Was rude, "what's your order?!" "Oh your not ready?!" 1 second later"You ready?!" I get to the window, another lady is trying to calm her down. The sweet teenage boy looks stressed. And she's ticking! Guess she was having a crisis but she needs a break or this isn't the job for her. I love Wendy's so it's not the place it's the employees at times.

If I could give zero I would. The last 3 times I’ve gone they have messed up my order. It’s nothing complicated. Typical menu items and every time they forget things, give me completely wrong sandwiches, no drinks, no sauces that I asked for. I have to repeat my order at least three times even when no one else is there. Please hire competent people. My kids love Wendy’s but I refuse to waste my money at this location ever again.

As a life long Wends Customer I was extremely disappointed in the food quality from my 4/15/22 visit. The hamburger once cooked to order now was apparently precooked. The meat was pale and contained a lot of breading or other extender. A warm sandwich not hot and juicy as Dave Thomas promised. I won’t be coming back to Wendy’s anytime soon until they start cooking fresh burgers with real meat.
