Thank you to Ellie who was working the take-out counter. She was amazing!
We placed a takeout order for a 15 person Christmas party we were hosting. Three generations were attending, from 10 to 90 years old. The food was a hit with everyone. The Santa Fe chicken salad was a favorite, as was the steak.
For dessert, we splurged and got the Bazookies, which was worth it, and deserve their own paragraph.
Warmed in the oven with a dollop of vanilla ice cream, some of the guests removed their shoes as they ate so they could wiggle their toes.
The bazookies are a great party dessert because they come in individual containers that are easy to hand out and clean up. And if you're hosting the party, I'd say a much healthier dessert too, as you don't have half a leftover cake or pie sitting out at 2am to devour. Once a guest is finished, they simply toss the bazookie container. The vanilla ice cream is also included in individual containers.
The catering order was ready to pickup at exactly at 2pm like they said it would be. Ellie helped carry the bags out to the car so I didn't have to make two trips.
I would recommend contacting Ellie and the team at the Natomas BJ's next time you need to cater a party.

Busy place tonight. The most awesome server though! Seth was amazing! Perfect on his timing, though crazy busy, he was always smiling. Watched him go from table to table with patrons that were a bit demanding yet he was so professional. Very rare to see today. As a manager in my field, I would hire him in a heartbeat. Overall very good experience. 👍

Baruch was an excellent server. He greeted us promptly and took our drink orders. He has waited on us previously and remembered our preferred drink orders.
The food came out off the kitchen in the usual manner and he checked on is to make sure everything was in order and is we needed any refills.

They were out of coffee when we visited at 11:30 am. They were also out of the tri tip sliders. Staff was helpful and attentive. We ordered all appitizers to share. Calamari was nice and crispy! Poke was delicious! Wings were good! Pizookie triple chocolate dessert was fantastic!

Marisol is a terrible hostess. She should not be employed. Food was fantastic. Waitress was enjoyable. If I would of went by Marisol suggestion I would have left. Wonder how many she has run off. Worked all day as a NP, hadn't eaten was very good

Beautiful place and great food. We were here on Sunday afternoon, all tables were busy, but there plenty of room to sit down at the bar.
I love the beer list on the wall (see photo) I wish my local BJ had space for a similar one!

I enjoyed BJ's Brewhouse Bowl with Shrimp.
Improvement needed is only for quick Service. It took more than 20 mins to get our dish

Generally a positive experience, so I will focus on why this restaurant looses one star. I was here for the first time on a Thursday, between 12pm and 1:30. For the time, I consider the place to have been relatively busy.
It was about 10-15 min after I was seated before the waitress came to me. In my opinion, any place with brewery in the title needs to serve you a beer relatively soon after arriving, then I don't mind waiting.
I ordered the prime rib dip, but they were out of prime rib, so I had the cheesesteak. I overheard from other people ordering that they were also out of margarita flights and something else I forget. Considering they were busy, I don't consider this acceptable.
While not a cheesesteak expert, and I have never been to Philly, I feel I know good cheesesteak. The cheesesteak at BJ's, while it had good beef, didn't really taste like a cheesesteak, probably because it was lacking in cheese.
I liked the three different BJ's beers that I tried. I would go back, but it isn't a priority.

Great atmosphere. Music was a lil high, hard to conversate without raising your voice. Food was served in a timely matter and came out piping hot and fresh. The root beer ribs are tdf( to die for).

After getting into the Sacramento Airport late, this is hands down the best place to go! Almost all the restaurants close at 10 but I was so glad that pages of us open until 12pm. The outside atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing and this continues to the inside environment. If you’re just one person, the bar is a great place to go. This was the first time that I tried the BJ’s brew and I was very impressed by the diversity and I’m going to West. Secondly, the steak and appetizer very good! Staff was so helpful and friends. 5 stars here!
