You don't find you don't find too many sausage makers in cities but Morant Sausage Kitchen it's really good for the City in Sacramento. The sausage maker here has been educated in Germany and is really good at what he does I would recommend this place always.

I lived in Germany for three years while I was in the military and Morant’s is the real deal if you’re looking for a German butcher shop. The owner grew up in Bavaria and his food is top notch.

Their sausages are wonderful. Every time we visit, we leave with a few of just about all their sausages. The rest of their meat selections are good too. We love their hamburger. One of my favorite places in Sacramento to visit.
