It's not the same Starbuck's post Covid-19. Don't expect much. The employees try extremely hard to please. I think staffing reductions took place. The coffees offered are the sammmmmeeee...... and you'll see French Roast Siloawsee, Christmas Blend, Mocha Sinoniee about one time during your 4 years in college.
Oh!!!! Covid-19 is back, so maybe they will just brew 'instant coffee' from now on.

I think Starbucks is synonimous with coffee and some will argue that it is definitely the standard by which other coffees are judged. That is why their coffee cost more and you can actually drown out the coffee taste by adding different flavored syrups. However, for me, Starbucks make the best hot chocolate!
Judging from all the fastfood restaurants and coffee shops i have been, Starbucks hot chocolate is not too sweet like the rest of them. It taste like it has more cacao flavor than sugar. You can actually taste and enjoy the chocolate.

Nice patient,staff,quick service...but I have to 1up the restroom in this place, specifically the sink.its awesome has soap, water,air dryer all in this Chrome band overtop the sink basin...

Good service with good environment! Sometimes it gets so busy then difficult find a spot to sit. Restroom are clean usually, but out of soap sometimes. Peek time, parking lot is very difficult to find one.

Went through the drive thru, super convenient like most Starbucks. However this one made my drink better than any other place in like the past few weeks. So yay, thank you Baristas 💕

Whenever I go here I get the best service they are quick and friendly and they customize the coffee anyway I like and never have an attitude love the people and the atmosphere

This is my favorite starbi's on this side of town! There is a Starbucks close to me but I'd rather drive here. Everyone is always pleasant when I go and drive thru service is usually pretty quick. I especially appreciate Aynika and Ireland. They are super sweet to me and Tiger when we roll thru!

Amazing staff !! Super friendly. I recently had a bad experience at the one on Folsom Blvd. “BATMAN” and I believe her name was Carmen were very attentive and friendly while making my drinks. This customer service is very much appreciated when the holidays can be stressful (on both sides) Thanks yal. Happy holidays!!!!
