Mcdonald's

I travel alot and always stop at McDonalds for breakfast. I arrived at 10:57 am on Christmas day and they were no longer serving breakfast, which was sad because I really wanted a McGriddle. Since I was Sh*t outta luck to get a McGriddle, I looked at the menu and felt Chicken Nuggets with Honey Mustard Sauce would hit my spot. As I waited, I noticed that this was the cleanest McDonalds store I had ever seen. Sparking in fact. Also, all the employees seemed very cheerful, they were well groomed and even attractive. I was helped by a young man named Jaspal, who provided superior McDonalds service, with a smile, and gave me the code to the restroom. By the time I returned, a young lady assisted me and asked what my order number was, and quickly grabbed it. I believe that the superior customers service, provided by Jaspal and his colleagues, is rare nowadays. I was very happy with my McDonalds visit, and believe that Jaspal would be a great candidate for management training, if he was not a manager already, as he could be a great role model for the other McDonalds associates. I send a big fat thank you Jaspal for your kindness, courtesy and taking my order accurately.

This is probably one of the more efficient McDonald’s I’ve seen when it comes to their drive-thru management. They have one lane that splits into 2 kiosks and they’re get you in and out in a jiffy. I’ve never had any problems with my orders either. Staff have a casual and welcoming vibe. They even recommended a special they had going on to save me some money. Makes me feel like continuing to come back and support! These folks are doing great work out there.
