Carl's Jr.

I had a tough day at work and drive up to find out that my favorite burger promo was over. Tragic. But the drive thru worker goes "we can still make it for you though, we have all the ingredients!" She was outstandingly positive and i wish i caught her name to be able to direct my praise. Carls Jr should feel honored to have such an excellent worker. She made my day!

Came to this Carl's jr. Like 3 weeks ago 11am. Good customer service. They forgot to make us 2 spicy chicken so I drove back in line for drive thru and they made it for me no questions asked. I did order a lot of burgers that day. And all of them were fresh and hot! One of the best Carl's jr if you go around 11am.

12:45 pm the female cashier had a line of customers and as we waited for our turn we received the most highest level of . professional service. She was precise in taking our orders. When she brought us our orders she apologized for us having to wait. This type of service needs to be spread to all other fast foods and stores thank you Carl's and give your employee a special recognition. Thank you

If this is the Carl's in West Sacramento on Harbor, then I have to spread the word that the late night crew at this location is the best. They are nice, efficient, and they get your order right every time. And their late night food is the best I've ever had, in every way. I work late, and several times a week will stop there at 1 or 2 a.m., and the food is hot, fresh, and handed to you with a positive attitude. I would gladly go out of my way to get my dinner from there. The daytime crew should learn from the late night crew, because I've gone in the afternoon and there is no comparison to the service and freshness. You late night workers are awesome. The Chicken Tenders at night beat the day crews every time. I just wish they would get their Pastrami Burger back!
