I went in there just to get a coffee and something quick to eat. They were training some new people. It took longer than normal for them to get me my croissant. They were very sweet about it taking so long. They were very apologetic. The people they have working there are amazing. Very kind. I work in customer service, I would hire any of them. Amazing!

Great customer service! So friendly and professional. I always appreciate when Starbucks employees ask how to spell my name and get it right! Having a unique name, it's very often misspelled or mispronounced. It makes me feel seen when they take the time and energy to get your name right!

I will always love this Starbucks. I used to work a graveyard shift within walking distance of here about twelve years ago. Would often stop here for an Americano and pastries. Great place to get coffee, was there recently, still awesome.

They get you through the line fairly quick but they don't always have cold brew that's my favorite. Inside is quick to. it's a pretty chill atmosphere inside and the staff is always courteous and we'll get it right the first time.

Great customer service with a smile, I was going to the one on cottage for about five years. Due to the long waits in the drive through I choose this because it's closer. I was really happy with the customer service and I didn't have to wait long to get my drink. It has a positive vibe and out going employees that show they like there job.... my new place to get coffee

Staff there ran their business like a well-oiled machine really fast service great product. Oh boy the staff there we're really friendly. The atmosphere there was nice and quiet I was able to get my work done and meditate and sip my coffee. I give this Starbucks five stars due to its professional consistencies.

Came to this Starbucks for almost 2 weeks straight. They were out of a few things a couple times but for the most part it is a clean, nice, friendly Starbucks. They seem to make a very big deal on the free refill policy (almost too big of a deal) but I am sure they have their reasons.

Small but nicely outfitted with both work tables and comfortable seating for reading. Those comfortable seats are becoming rare which is why I rate this store so highly. (And the reviewer who said there is a drive thru has obviously never been here.)
