Escape Lounge

The Escape Lounge (next to gate A10) I visited was clean, had very friendly and attentive staff, and Mia was an absolute delight. She and the other two folks working there made the visit memorable and put a smile on quite a few faces that morning. I'll definitely be back on my next trip through SMF!

A great, small escape from the gate areas or larger lounges. Complimentary entrance with certain AMEX cards. The food, snack, and drink options are tasty, if limited in comparison to Delta or Centurion lounges. But what makes this place so great are the people. Shout out and full marks to Giovanni, Cha Cha, and the two gentlemen, who's names I didn't get. You made for such a fun, engaging, and truly pleasant experience!! It was great talking with you this afternoon and getting to know you. I look forward to seeing you all again on my next visit to SMF; and hopefully many more to come.

It's nice to have a place to relax and have a coffee or a drink and small bites before your flight. This is a small one, but there is normally seating. It may be difficult to find seats together to relax if you're traveling with a companion. The food isn't mind blowing but it's a tasty little buffet. Juice, coffee, water and soda are also available. Soda and juice are in cans/bottles.

I had a long wait in the airport for a friend and decided to check out the escape lounge. My expectations were beyond met! Mia and Gerald!!!! They made the atmosphere so welcoming and homey feeling. If I lived in Sacramento I’d find a way to be at the airport a lot just for them and escape lounge. Thank you for such a chill and fun place to stay while I wait in the airport!

I recently visited the Escape Lounge at the Sacramento airport, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The lounge had a cozy atmosphere with comfortable seating and plenty of outlets for charging devices. The food and drinks selection was decent, but the carpet was dirty and needed a good vacuuming. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, the Escape Lounge is 4 out of 5 stars for ambiance, amenities, and service.
