When it looked at my order, 2 items out of 2 items were both wrong. Asked if they were right, they said yes when I got home. They were wrong. I asked for replacement when I called and Josh. The manager with no last name was unable to provide us with any kind of resolution. I also received no receipt and he was very unaccommodating when I ask for a refund or a replacement. I will never come here ever again. You have lost a customer forever.

There food really good and fresh made and well made the employees are nice they bring you your food to you while your sitting down somewhere in the store the bathroom are clean and the customer service is amazing try the el Diablo it’s really good.

Went yesterday night, 2/22/22, through the drive-thru and my fries were not fresh but the young gentleman did take the fries back and remade my fries without any hassle. I really appreciated it. Would go back based on that transaction

Food is always good. Great place to grab something when you're in a hurry. If you're eating healthy they can make any burger until a lettuce wrap. No complaints

This Carl’s junior is conveniently located on Fulton Avenue. Easy access for people in the north Sacramento area. Easy in an easy out. Plenty of parking available. Does Carl’s junior also has a very conveniently located drive-through. The food here is fresh and it’s served by pleasant people. The restaurant is open and clean. A good place to stop for a quick hamburger.

I really only eat at Carl's Jr as a last resort, however that may change due to not only was my meal very fresh and hot, but the customer service by the staff excellent. The full staff so pleasant the manger friendly and speaking to here staff with such RESPECT while giving guidance. I enjoyed my meal in a very pleasant atmosphere and will be visiting again.
