9 pm at night before a winter storm come through. My family and I were 3 hrs from home broke down with no where to go but set out in the cold for the next hr waiting for someone to come pick us up. Just because we didn't have any mask they wouldn't let us in the door so we could buy a meal and be warm. Thanks we found a better place that would let us in and take our money. I wouldn't spend a dime there

Hits the spot! I had the eggs-in-a-hole. They somehow cook the egg into a large slice of buttered sourdough bread. It was unbelievable! Coffee is very good and my waitress brought me real milk. I needed fuel for a long drive, and this was just what the doctor ordered. Service is down-home and personal. Ask for Trisha. She will take good care of you. All in all, a wonderful dining experience. My first trip to a Perkins but it won’t be my last!

Very slow service. They weren't very busy but service was slow. Waited 10 minutes to be seated, then 25 minutes for food. The food was warm and "decent" to quote my daughter.

Jenny Lee was our server and she was very good. She always made sure our drinks were filled and our food was hot and exactly what we ordered. She is very friendly and attentive.

Sitting was immediately available but food came out slow. They were not even busy. And 5 minutes of us being seated, we ordered a pie to pick up on our way out. It took over 20 minutes to get our meals and then we only saw the waitress one time after that and that was to bring us our piece of pie that came with the meal and our check. When we went to pay the check and pick up the pie we had ordered 45 minutes prior, we were informed that the pie had not even BEGUN to be made. Our tradition of eating out for Christmas and taking home a pie for later was ruined!! We will NEVER recommend this restaurant ever again!!

Kinda ironic how all of the recent reviews are promoting one employee. Seems like they are trying to improve their rating by having their employees and customers review them with perfect stars. Don’t let this distract you with how terrible this place truly is.
