Ice cream is always tasty. But the service was lacking. First we felt very rushed by staff. I was in the process of telling her my add ins when she walked away to tend to waffle iron, ok. Then the lady @the register was telling me to come ring up, 3 times. So I did. I wanted 1 more add in but I just checked out. Come to find, we ordered 2 like it's. Mine was heaping my husband's bowl was half as full. $6 a bowl should be equal sizes.

The best American style ice cream. Unfortunately they are understaffed. My favorita is cake batter with cookie dough and a Kit Kat.

First time here today and it honestly just grossed me out. The way the ice cream is over-handled and chopped and mashed on that table with tools dripping with water. The whole process just looked unsanitary. I took it home and threw it away I couldn't bring myself to eat it. Next time I'll buy a tub of ice cream from the store for a fraction of the price and feel better that it wasn't manhandled by a bunch of teenagers and nasty tools. I dont understand the hype for this place at all.

Unsanitary, flies buzzing inside, and ice cream was melting it the containers(clearly was not cold enough for the ice cream). I ordered 2 dipped waffle cones, and they were stale, and gross! The ice cream is overpriced, and doesn’t taste good!

Not professional at all! Curly haired girl, blonde and red head were all sitting there gossiping while we stood and had to wait to be helped in an EMPTY store. Sorry to inconvenience you girls! I understand that they’re teenagers, but have some sense of professionalism. Red head was the worst. Super snarky and couldn’t take simple directions. I asked for it in a waffle cup and clarified with her twice, and she still managed to not get it right. Didn’t even complain anymore, just wanted to get out of there because of how much of an inconvenience I felt.

They were closing early I guesd and I barely made it in time but was 9:50. Lights in store half off even though open sign on, they turned it off when I left at 9:52. Plus for them being called cold stone they made my ice cream on a cookie sheet above a warm counter. Not what I was expecting very disappointed.

My first time ever at a coldstone and it HIT!! SO DELICIOUS!!! My only complaint is that the employee who was visibly making the delivery app orders knows nothing about sanitation. I watched her put on gloves and then proceed to touch everything she could, including her face and holding her hair back while bent over reading a receipt and then make ice cream orders...no glove change. I physically gaged watching. 😖 The person who did our order and the other employee seemed to understand food sanitation but I'd definitely give the girl with bright red hair a refresher course. 😬

I took my Daughter there to celebrate after a gymnastics meet, I ordered 4 love it sized bowls for the family. I was not given the option for an add in and when I ask about it they responded with uh like sorry the lids are already on it’s too late, I ask if they had a small container to put them in, nope. Then I realized after paying that there were two like it sized containers and two love it, I ask for 4 love it sized, they wouldn’t fix it. They didn’t roll it on the cold stone like they use to. At best this is a very very over priced ice cream shop that we will never go to again. On-top of that, my Daughters cookie dough had ZERO pieces of cookie dough, it looked like they took the melted leftovers and added to the container. I remember Coldstone being such a fun experience, sad that isn’t the case for todays kids.
