The cook "Maria" That worked today at noon time has the worst service ever! Went today to get a taco salad, and waited 25 minutes for the wrong order, and when i finally did get my "salad" it had no lettuce! When I asked for more lettuce she began to argue that she did put lettuce on and if i wanted more i had to pay for it! I then asked for a refund and she refused and walked away! She should be fired! Who refuses a customer lettuce for a taco salad?

The lady with the long hair working at the one in the mall had really bad service. She hardly looked us in the eye and was half paying attention to us. An order came out while we were still ordering which is fine and she called out to the girl who’s food it was. When the girl asked for hot sauce she threw back major attitude and was like ,”YOU said you didn’t want hot sauce !!!” The girl calmly replied, “ No, I just said I didn’t want any onions” The lady rolled her eyes wobbled to the fridge to get some and tried to be extra nice to the girl. She came back to us with an attitude and rushed us away. She didn’t even give us our change!!! Granted it was like pocket change but still, I don’t think you deserve a “tip”, even if it was stolen. I was already at the table and my husband didn’t tell me this until we left the mall or I would’ve said something to her about it. The next guy comes and he’s ordering food a fish taco and a carne asada which I’m pretty sure is 1.50 & .99... she said it’s $4.50 & he spent the next 5 mins telling her he didn’t want a torta just the 2 tacos..... our food comes out and my husband asks for limes and she yells, We don’t have any!!!” He turns around and I was in shock! Ha ha like what Mexican restaurant doesn’t have LIMES ?!?! I’d even pay for them if I had to but she was so rude !! The only positive is the taco even though they were tiny they were delicious ....

I NEVER write negative reviews however.. Ordered my tacos to go, got all the way home to realize WRONG FOOD. Called before I left my house to go ALL the way back. Without the food they gave me wrong in the first place for multi reasons such as I was pissed!!!!!! To only find they either wanted to charge me my already paid for tacos (5 lengua) to be exact or for the quesdilla they gave me wrong that I left at home!!!!!! Like are you serious right now. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. I LEFT AND DID NOT TAKE MY TACOS AND WILL NEVER BE BACK.

Downtown is wayyyy better... came to lancaster location because downtown is closed sundays, and this will be the last time I come to this one. The cook put some weird green sauce stuff on my carne asada taco, refused to fix it and said she ran out of what it's supposed to have on it, without even telling me.... and wouldn't tell me what type of oil they use to fry? I have allergys, and she just said "olive, or wait maybe canola, we'll I don't know" and starts laughing... that's something a business can be shut down for. Really disappointed. Didn't get a refund and didn't feel safe enough to eat my tacos.

They dont put attention to the customers and to what you order.. very disappointing customer service.. and the price is to much for what u get...meat is also very dry 👎👎👎👎👎... if u want good tacos there is a taco truck on Portland road next to an auto parts by the i5 across from jack in a box.. those are really good..
