Dunkin'

Does anyone know who owns this location or who to contact? I was double charged when I ordered today. I told the manager and she wanted nothing to do with it. She was extremely and I mean extremely rude! She wouldn’t even give me my receipts for the double charge and just kept saying contact my bank and even walked away from me! I wasent even being rude to her I just wanted my money back for one of the changes.

I went in with a very large order around 7am and there were 3 people working. They did not get flustered and the woman at the register gave a heads up to each of them and then she helped once the order was complete. They not only got the order correct they did it in a very efficient and quick manner. They worked very well as a team. I wanted to call the manager to make him/her aware of the great service they provided but call did not go through. Thank you Ladies you did a great job!

I work across the street form this Dunkin, I go maybe once a week. I usually get a breakfast sandwich egg and sausage NO CHEESE (I have a severe dairy allergy). Every time I order i tell the cashier "Can you please make sure theirs NO CHEESE on the sandwich, I have a dairy allergy" they tell me "of course, yes, OH yes!..." and every time the cook puts cheese in the sandwich even when the RECEIPT SAYS "NO CHEESE", but they put cheese on the sandwich and then have to make me a new one. It never fails...I'm calling their boss and letting people know.IF YOU HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY DO NOT GO HERE. It isn't safe for those with food restrictions. If you don't have food restrictions.. Its a fine Dunkin.
