Best ribs, best brisket, best chili, best baked beans, best chicken, and and best BBQ in Salem, and probably the best BBQ in Southern Indiana. I truly believe that a lot of the 1 star reviews are a result of CNN viewers have left false poor reviews because the owner watches Fox News and wears a red hat at times.

Used to work for him. He would leave half smoked cigarettes everywhere especially in the kitchen. Used to be my biggest problem, the food was okay but he smoked everywhere near the food and it was gross.
