Corkie's Diner

This was my second time eating at Corkie's (first time I had a couple of my kids with me and we grabbed lunch was really good). This morning I needed to kill time waiting on a friend during her appointment, so I ran over for breakfast. It was fantastic! I had a full order of biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon. One, the price was very reasonable, the portions were huge, the bacon was cooked perfectly, the service was great! The owner is friendly, knows his regulars, but treats those of us who are not, like we are. I highly recommend this diner!

GREAT food and atmosphere! Bruce is the owner and he's there every time I come in. I love that they have daily specials of home-cooked meals. It reminds me so much of my childhood and dinners around the family dining room table. There's nothing artificial about this place! All authentic, American-created comfort food!

Great diner, and right down town. Reminds me of my childhood town's diner. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Going to return for a pork tenderloin sandwich and then the hand breaded chicken fried steak the next 2 times we're in Salina. What the heck, it's worth a special trip since both come highly recommended. Thank you for the service.
