Red's Burgers

I work in Salinas and hit up Red's at least once or twice a month, usually for Friday lunch. I've tried most of their burgers and have never been disappointed. The presentation is excellent, fresh ingredients piled high, burgers cooked just right, bacon thick and crispy, cheese melting all over. The fries are the thin crispy kind - not greasy at all. I haven't tried the shakes yet but have been tempted many times. Red's isn't cheap but the prices are fair and I've never felt like I paid too much - a good value.

These burgers are amazing and the selection is enormous. If you want chili fries I recommend you share them because it comes in a big plate or we had a to-go box but the whole box was full with chili and cheese on the fries so awesome. I had the bacon cheeseburger with avocado and everything was just so fresh it was absolutely delicious and I would go there more often if I wasn't trying to make sure I watched my figure LOL

Great burger joint. Casual. Amazing tasting burgers with every add on option known to man. Fries aren't special but very few places have amazing fries. Sodas are well carbonated and delicious. Didn't try the ice cream but I saw someone else's and it looked great. I would highly recommend this place if you are hungry for meat. Most meals including fri and drink are about $10-13. Also, the staff are very kind and provided great service.

The burgers are fresh, high quality, and beyond delicious. The Bacon is not fakin'; it is thick cut and crispy. The customer service is friendly and quick. Red's burger joint has wide selection of sandwiches. One of my favorite sandwiches is the BLAT. It is a sandwich made of two slices of Sourdough bread, thick cut bacon (plenty of it), avocado, romaine lettuce, and tomatoes--amazing! You not only have ketchup as a sauce, but there are a variety of hot sauces that one can use for one's burger--Sriracha Ketchup, Louisiana Hot Sauce, Tapatio, and many others. The Coca Cola is amazing and does not taste like tap water. This is a location you will not regret going to. You will want to visit this place again and again.

I'm a local, so I've to all restaurants in Salinas. when I want a filling tasteful out of ordinary burger I come here. choices like south of boarder burger with 1/2lb patty with ortaga chilly with melted pepper jack cheese with the lettuce tomato pickles jalapenos. too much to name what on the burger. the have grilled chicken burgers too. pastrami, philly cheese steak sandwich. calamari rings. its almost like muti restaurants in one. I'm about go there now. nice way to get good protein with fresh good they serve.
