Great place to eat. Great food good atmosphere. I had the three enchiladas and the wife had Birria de res Tijuana quesadilas. Both meals were awesome.

I confess to being a Birria snob. I have tried 9 different restaurants over the last year from Sandy to Downtown SLC.
Your Birria and consome are hands down the best I’ve had 🧡. The flavors are deep and rich along with the crunch of red onion and cilantro.
I don’t need to try and find better ever again, as none compares to yours!

Birria is amazing I really liked this place. It’s really delicious. The establishment is clean, I had a agua de jaimaca. The portions and everything is amazing just became my new fav spot. 5 stars all day

Moving from Nashville it was super hard to find a good Mexican restaurant until I found Panchos, most restaurants around here are catered to no taste bud having white people. This place is amazing, the Birria tacos are to die for and they actually have salsa and cheese dip!! Would recommend to anyone. Staff was also so great and attentive even though they were busy!

Hands down THE best barria in the valley. The rest of their menu is very delicious but the barria is so hard to resist. The flavor of their consomme is incredible and so full of rich depth of flavor. Great family owned business with some of the best Mexican food you will ever have in Utah. None of that Tex Mex nonsense to be found here.

Looking for a little lunch place close to the office sent me here. I popped in with the guys and we ordered in Spanish. The one guy who didn't speak Spanish did just as well ordering his meal! :)
Birria Tacos on the menu but when I saw the Birria Burrito, I had to try it. Served with the sauce on the side to keep this gem from getting too soggy, this hit the spot. Can't wait to get there and try something else too. Cute place, quick service, friendly staff.

this place is the real deal. everything was authentic and delicious and perfect. don't forget to get the agua de jamaica. i also got the ceviche tostada which was SO GOOD. and of course the birria tacos + consome were mind blowing. thank you panchos!! 🤍 currently laying down in the car and digesting.
