Bill Miller Bar-b-q

Bill Miller's locations are always clean and consistent. I've always loved their food. My 6 year old had his first tastes the other day of a variety of their foods (11am cross over) and pies and y'all should have seen his expression. He could not stop moaning in pleasure, asked for a 2nd taco, declared coconut meringue his favorite dessert of all time, and Bill Miller's his favorite eatery. I was shocked at his reaction, but not really surprised that he would love it.

I come here to bill miller whenever I'm in town because this is the only place I can get a crispy chicken sandwich that's not spicy. Where I live every thing that's chicken or fried has spices or tons of pepper.I'm allergic to peppers of any kind. So naturally I'm always excited to visit a bill miller bbq so I can get my crispy chicken fix without worrying that it'll make me sick. But this location on w commerce was a little spicy so naturally I was disappointed after traveling over 200 miles to eat one. It wasn't overly spicy and most people wouldn't detect it or be bothered by it but like I said I am very stomach sensitive to spicy food.I usually visit the one on s. Zarzamora st. and their sandwiches are always perfect. The chk sandwich was my only complaint the service your ice tea and fries were perfect.

Bill Miller fried chicken three piece mixed with sweet is my normal order. Once or twice weekly so I can give the bones to one of my stray cats, Scruffy. Bird as usual excellent. Only 4 stars because tables were not cleaned properly. I had to clean least dirty closest to condiments setup. Not easy since I am handicapped and use walker. But BM is about chicken. Seniors love it.

While I was on my way to work, I stopped at Bill Miller's located at 2823 W Commerce St. Even at 5:05 P.M. I was able to place my order and drive off in about 10 minutes. That's not bad for the number of people inside. My oder was repeated back to me, I had my drink, and I received my order with time to spare to get to work. The location was clean, the bar was stocked, and the staff was communicating well with each other. I'll definitely return.
