Chuck E. Cheese

It was my toddlers first time here on June 30 and she enjoyed herself! Food was served quickly. What was really impressive was the service. The gentleman who took our order went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service during our exit. My daughter was super excited to open up her lollipop that she had bought with her tickets. During my struggle to open the tightly packaged lollipop it flew up in the air and to the ground. She was devastated and started having a meltdown. As I tried to calm her down, the gentleman who took our order came rushing with a new lollipop for her. It was a great way to end her first Chuck E. Cheese visit! He didn’t have to do it but he went out of his way to help put a smile on her face! Customer service like this is not common nowadays! Thank you sir!

Chuck E Cheese has stepped up their game since I was a kid. Great games and pizza. I'm glad they offer an unlimited game playing card for the kids instead of playing each game. The small ones have no idea how to play some of the game(neither do I!) It's a waste of money and tokens to pat for individual games. Being the family. Safe for parents to sit down and run around.

Kids, had great time, Wating for Chuck the mouse... no problem on the video games etc unfortunately no all the machines are working, were not too bad. However the bad part is when you have to wait and wait and wait to be help in the front register or at the moment to exchange the prizes... and the hostess actitud are not nice at all.

This is our favorite location but they are always under staffed. Either way we have fun. The pizza is still pretty nasty. And Idk why they no longer do the kid check. IT was THE main reason we choose chuck e over Peter piper. Also be prepared to spend over $80. Specially if you're buying games for 3kiddos or more. Their military coupon is no longer a thing.
