Had lunch there and the food was amazing! It was hot and fresh! The restaurant was clean and well organized in how they were putting the orders out! I love the Mac and cheese and Charro beans! I mix those together the Manager was really nice and friendly! I over heard the young Lady in drive thru taking a order and helping out the front and she was so nice andpolite!What a great job! I will definitely be coming back!! Thanks

This is still my favorite place to eat grilled chicken. They still have the original flavor that I tasted over 35 years ago. Their customer service is good and the place is nice and clean. Pollo loco still have my business!

Pollo loco is my fav for certain foods, this one is my fav location, always fresh and staff is super friendly, i live in a city where we dont have a pollo loco, so this is a must stop. If you drive and eat like me, their california avocado burrito is amazing and can be eaten on the go.

Definitely improved in the past year. They removed the booths and it is lighter and less claustrophobic. This North Star area has definitely become a hub for our new residents from the South. I think it's an improvement in terms of service. Very hot inside on in 95 degree weather

I’ll start by saying I’ve reviewed almost 200 places and this man here has blown me away with his customer service. Clarence went above and beyond to help every customer that walked in there. He even greeted his Spanish speakers in their language to help them feel welcomed. Truly the best service. Food was good. Place gets packed fast. They could use more people like Clarence to staff the place. Waits a little long. But I will definitely come back due to truly exceptional service.
