These taco’s are disgusting I have always loved Jack in the Box. This location on Potranco is nasty. This was my second time there and I will not be back. The food taste like old grease. The sodas taste like the soda fountain has not been cleaned in years!! Come on JIB clean up your place and do better!!

Sauced and loaded fries. I see a little sauce, but definitely NOT loaded. I tried these in Vegas last week and they were soooo good. Not in San Antonio! For $3.50, ill buy my own fries, a huge bag at the grocery store and sauce and load them myself.

Came to pick up a door dash and the line is crazy. Been waiting for about 45 minutes. The line hasn’t moved in the last 30 min. Everyone literally needs to be fired or just shut this place down. Obviously no one is doing their job at all. Literally no one. Vehicles don’t even have their cars turned on anymore. Called their phone number listed and they have listed hanging up on me

Waited in the drive thru for a good 15 minutes for burnt tacos. What a waste of time and money. I don't understand if they knew they were burnt why would they still have the nerve to sell them.

Ordered breakfast jacks. I was told they don’t have eggs and only scrabbled eggs would be available. They proceeded to try to upcharge me for scrambled eggs and then ended up not even putting enough egg.
The hash browns weren’t cooked long enough and just ended up being drenched in grease and way too soft.

Never again! Went there last night expecting a delicious burger and not at all. The presentation was nice but the two sourdough jacks and fries that we got were actually cold. Not room temp or warm just cold. We also ordered a ultimate cheeseburger which was the only thing that was warm. So disappointing, waste of time and money.

I love this place! I've eaten in several jack in the box restaurants,but this is my (Go 2) Jack in the Box! I have no complaints what so ever about food or customer service. They always get my order correct when I use their Drive -Thru Window.

I waited in the drive thru 45 mins and there’s still 3 cars in front of me this place is always so slow and takes forever! Never again will I come to jack in the box!!
