The worst food I have ever bought in my life
Went the first time bought the fried jalapeños and the looked like that 🤬
Went back to the store to complain and demanded for another order because my food was cold already and we get home and see everything was the same the frys where crunchy like chips and felt like they stayed there for 24 hours
My breakfast plate had pancakes! Never came with pancakes!!!
I ordered chicken tenders and I got chicken nuggets!
I swear worst WORST PLACE I HAVE BEEN TO IN MY LIFE
AND LET ME TELL YOU THEY WONT ANSWER OUR CALLS ANYMORE
Horrible I repeat HORRIBLE !!

Let's talk about it🙌🏼 Since the pandemic started I have watched quality and customer service go out of the window for some of our long time favorites. I know being busy is a huge factor but having served as fast food management for a long time you can tell when there is an overall lack of standard in a restaurant. That being said, I have worked for Jack in the box and it is not an huge company anymore, they aren't financially very strong and they don't pay/treat employees the best. Yet for some reason the people who work here STILL pump out nothing but fresh hot food that is made correctly. I have only ever had an item forgotten 1 time, my burgers/modifications are ALWAYS right, and the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. We haven't gotten Jack in years but this past few months we have gone several times just because of the quality we have received, and Jack in the box will become a regular place for us as long as it is still around, we prefer it to many other fast food chains including McDonald's and "nicer" chains like Whataburger. We have also visited multiple locations and the consistency has been there. No matter if they have one person working or 3, they still give you better food and service than places with 10-15 people on staff.

This location is one of the only fast food spots between home and work for me. They are consistently out of stock on various items. A few days ago it was egg rolls, today it is coke products. They also for whatever reason had a lot of problems taking payment by card earlier this year. Enjoy the food and the service is always fine. But the establishment in general needs to get it together. So over it. 🙄🙄🙄🙄

they did not give me all my food and gave me no Receipt!
Asked for ranch and taco sauce was told they are out of ranch. Also gave me no taco sauce in bag!
Was made to pay with card.
The employee was out of uniform.
Had no name tag.
And they won't answer phone..
Overall a horrible experience

I went to this location because it was on the way home from La Carreta Mexican Imports (reviewed). This location shares the same building as the gas station but I think the gas station that is attached to is closed. They were not very busy so I got my order in a really short time. Accurate and friendly, I may consider going here from now on on General Principals.

Horrible experience here today. It took three times before they got my online food right. Thank goodness I checked each time they handed me my food. No apologies either for messing my food up. Food made without gloving too. I still came back and my daughter discovered one of the sourdough sandwiches was missing the bacon. My daughter told me the sourdough had no taste, unlike the ones she’s eaten in the past. You know this is a burger gone wrong when a kid can sense the difference from the one she’s had before! Am like really??? What are these people smoking here??? I will never come here again! I just wasted my $20 today for nothing.

I'd give it a 0 if I could. Ordered through Uber. Last minute order was cancelled because they ran out of food after the Uber driver claimed the restaurant had reached out to me to make me aware.(they didn't) Instead they sent back $8 from a $17 service I paid for. If I wanted money I'd just go to the ATM. When I called the restaurant the guy apologized and said that his manager (which wasn't on duty) told him to just refund the order in cash. I told him I wanted the money back into my account. He said he'd call back in a few minutes. Next day and I still haven't received so much as a call back from Uber or the restaurant. Now I'm having to pay for their incompetencies. I will never pay through Uber or this place ever again. No accountability or leadership.
