This is why they're stingy with the hot sauce they hardly put anything in the tacos. These tacos are pathetic don't come here if you want tacos. Why do employees act like condiments are coming out of their pay check? Why do they skimp on the tacos? It starts at the top with the owner I see all these apologies from but nothing being done obviously. No I'm not going fill out a survey. You know the issue already you're the owner. Fix it.

This location is the best. I'm glad they reopened. Idk how they do it. The food tastes better at this location every time. And they always have the coolest employees. Of all the years I've gone to this location... about 20 years...only TWICE has my order been wrong. And it was something minor as I'm one to ask for no onions add extra ketchup and other annoying requests. A

We were treated very poorly at the drive-thru the employee kept making us repeat our order and I think they only had one item available out of five that we wanted to order. They were not accommodating at all, the employee that was taking what we wanted to order but couldn't, very rude. I don't know how the employees usually are that work at night but last night was downright ridiculous actually it was about 2:00 a.m. so how could the restaurant have been out of so much when the bars hadn't even closed yet?! We were just not happy at all and at this time I wouldn't plan on going back there and don't at this time I mean won't recommend anyone else stopping at this Jack in the box. The night crew seems to think their job is a joke.

I'm not gonna be too harsh, It's Jack in the Box after all. But every time I visit any of the locations here in town, they manage to leave out and item or mess up one of the things ordered. This time, my order was missing the 2 desserts I had asked for and also charged for. I get that it's fast food, so expectations can't be high, but really? If the tacos weren't so addictive, I wouldn't keep coming back and wasting money one way or another.

Got my order wrong, called to let them know and all I got from the person that answered was OK. Asked if that was all he was going to say and all I got was complete silence, couldn’t even tell if anyone was still on the line, next time I’ll hold up the car’s behind me and check all of my food before leaving the drive thru. Location was the on 410 and Vance Jackson.
