Burger King

The three times I been to this place, the same poor service. I finally got my food head home to find out my whole order was wrong a very simple order. Would go back to complain or call but I'm just fed up with waiting again. The girl at the drive through was cursing up a storm at the manager which he seemed to just tune out. I understand that they get frustrated but come on if you don't like your job quit.

Waited 30+ minutes for food to be ready. Employees promised it would be hot and fresh, it was neither. When I got home, I opened my chicken sandwich and it was BITEN. It was so disgusting, I didn’t even want to eat anything else I ordered. Threw the whole bag away. How do you serve a customer something that’s bitten? I swear, I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. Never going back to this Burger King. Probably never going back to any, actually. To whichever employee bit this and let them put it in my bag: you’re disgusting and I hope someone does that to your food one day.

Never had any problems with this location, food is fast, delicious and made hot and prompt, staff are cool and laid back. The homeless tend to hang around this place alot, but usually just to use the restroom or get water, which is not a bother to me. Sucks that the play area has not been opened, the kids really miss playing in that area.

Absolutely the worst trip to Burger King in our entire lives!! The staff didn't know their head from their... we ordered and dined in. Our order and EVERY order after ours was wrong. The cook even came out at one point to talk to a customer to try and figure out her SIMPLE order of a whopper with no mustard add cheese. The manager couldn't care less. She acted like there were no customers and no orders coming in. I felt bad for the people ordering from the drive thru, if the dine in orders were that messed up I'm sure theirs were too. We will not be going back to this burger King anytime soon, if ever. If you order from here, CHECH YOUR ORDER!!

Went to this place this morning at 10:30 am ordered 3 Impossible Burgers since they had them 2 for $ 6.00 well here's what you get the Buns,very little Lettuce, Lots of pickles , One Ring of Onion, & Mayo!!!!!!!! Plus the patty was just warm not even Hot. Had no choice but bit into them when we got home. Never again will we go to this place on Commerce St.
