Food order was correct, everything was great except the mocha iced coffee. It was very thick and not very much mocha flavor. Disappointed because the mocha iced coffee tastes different every time I order it; I'd like some consistency with it. Other than that everything was good.

I always use mobile ordering (the app deals are pretty awesome!!). My food is always fresh and hot when I pick it up, never have to wait for my food after I tell them I am there. The crew is courteous and professional.

Awesome most favorite fast food in Texas. Need more of them around. And bring back the secret sauce. That was the best on any burger joint around.

We have ordered oreo shakes twice from this Jack in the box and twice they have a very peculiar taste. They literally taste like natural gas smells. We thought last time was a fluke but having the same thing again we won't be going back for shakes.
