Mcdonald's

This McDonald's is trash. Especially the Morning Crew. There are difficulties understanding them speak and causes longer wait times. The bigger problem is when they make faces or gestures because you can't understand them (like we can't see you through the drive-thru window). Their drive thru direction sucks because they want you to move up to a line to wait for your order that blocks the exit out of the establishment. All in all among the various faults...the Morning Crew lacks mobility, lacks communication and lacks self respect.

Raw chicken nuggets. This location has always had subpar food and we try to go to the one on 1604 and bulverde. Sad this one is easiest. Won’t ever get food there again. If I could zero star this review I would. If you have nonverbal autistic kiddos and you get your nuggets here taste a couple first. Thank god my husband ate one first. What pushed this over the top was the interaction with the MOD and then GM. Stating I must not know what raw chicken looks like as they couldn’t possibly be raw. Well look at the pictures and make that decision for yourself. Will NEVER eat here again. Will be contacting corporate.

Normally this location is above average however this morning I don't appreciate being talked down to rudely by the woman that brought my food to the car after I was told to pull up and around the corner by the cashier so that I wasn't blocking the drive-thru because a construction truck and trailer is blocking the exit for the drive-thru.. she continued to chastise me that I'm in the wrong spot after I told her I was told to she just shook her head and said no I wasn't over and over there was a car behind me that was told to pull up as well so I had to pull up even farther so that that car could pull up and turn so that they weren't blocking the drive-thru. Apparently she was mad she had to walk a few extra feet.
