Wingstop

So I came in to dine in for an All in Bundle. I was told 18-20 min wait. Fast forward 30 minutes later I had to ask for my order. Now normally don't mind waiting how ethers were at least for other orders that came in AFTER me and they got there food no problem. Two were even decent size orders. To top it off they acted like it was no big deal and didn't even apologize for forgetting.

Food is good when you get it after an hour or more. The staff is all over the place. I used to come eat and order from this location because it was faster than the location near my house. The last few times I have either dine’d in or placed and online order I get here and I still have to wait about an hour or hour and a half to get my order. The cashier is all over the place as well. All she complained about was how she was working alone and how she had no help and how the cooks couldn’t get their orders right and would take forever. Place needs more structure or needs to hire more people.

I have to say I enjoyed my dinner tonight it was great, good management and employees concerned that my food hot and fresh! Thank you very much I love talking to the manager and employees about how good the meals are, I've tried many other chicken wing I hated it but when I was introduced to wing stop I never new I'd fall in love it the flavors and fries. I was your number 1 fan that never would eat wings. Now I'm so hooked on wingstop! Good right down to the last fries!

Trash service. Sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes when I realized people that ordered after me, received their orders before me. Yeah, my to-go order sat for half an hour on the counter because this place sucks. I know I’m insignificant to to the workers but that’s $25 that I worked for and I doubt that they would appreciate that done to them.
