This place was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, that typically doesn't get me super excited because everything is over dramatized on the show, and this is no exception. The place is well decorated. We tried the Burned End Melt which was a little light on meat or a little heavy on the bread. The BBQ sauce was flavorful but the sandwich is definitely not worth the $10 price tag. It will leave you hungry. We also tried The Crazy Clicker. It had moist chicken but the coating is VERY heavy and be careful because it is cooked so much that it occasionally felt like we were either eating bone or going to chip a tooth. The last meal item we tried was the baked potato. Should have started and ended here. It was great! Heavy on the toppings and the potato was cooked perfectly. It was also more filling than either of the sandwiches. We also took a pound of macaroni and cheese and it was very creamy and tasty. Stay away from the BB (bread and butter) pickles unless you feel like paying $1.50 for a few unexciting pickle chips. The ones on the sandwiches will more than suffice. Descent restaurant but don't let their 15 minutes of fame rope you into spending $50 and leave feeling hungry and unimpressed.

Amazing food. Cool atmosphere. I was impressed with the flavors and the display of our dishes. The drink selection was limited but was good with 4 craft beers , some local. Customer service was friendly and polite.

The beer list here is always top notch, and the food is great. The famous sandwich from the “TV show” is worthy of being on a TV show, and the rest of the menu stands right there with it. The only complaint I have is that I wish the hot chicken was more spicy.

Make sure to double check the menu for first timers! Didn't notice the lunch vs dinner times. But can't wait to get some of that fried chicken another time!

Saw them on the DDD website and stopped in. We had the turkey caprese and the burnt end melt. Both were excellent. Cheddar Mac and cream cheese corn sides were both good as well. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We'll be back when we get to San Antonio again.

Was really good. But because it was late in the evening a lot of items were sold out. But the items we did try were very good! Nice clean environment. The music was on point. Loved it! We tried the burnt brisket ends sliders. The Eastside chicken and buttermilk chicken... I also had the pasta salad. Loved it very much

Came on a Saturday and they only had 2 sandwiches available. (They have more sandwich options during the week). Tried the Burnt End Melt sandwich and was 🤤🤤🤤 the whole time eating it. The bbq flavor/sauce is on the sweeter side but not too overpowering with the bread and Mac and cheese in it. They also have spacious outdoor seating!

Amazing place to eat. The dining areas were outdoors in a shaded area, which was a GREAT place to eat. Felt very casual and homey, but the food was much better than anything I've seen made at home. The meat was cooked perfectly, very flavorful. Simple menu, great prices. Will definitely be visiting again next time I'm in San Antonio.
