First off, my order was wrong and missing items, but my real issue was the super watery milkshake I paid almost 7 dollars for. I asked for a refund, and the very rude cashier said she'd get her team lead. Team Lead offered to remake instead, and I said that was okay as long as it was thicker. When I received my "milkshake" it was basically a large cup filled with straight up ice cream....and it was the wrong flavor. I said thank you at least three times, even though I had nothing to be thankful for, and I got no response from either lady. I believe every one of the reviews about this place! Horrible customer service, horrible product, just bad all around! This place and the 281/Evans location are like night and day!

Probably the laziest employees on earth, I’ve placed several DoorDash orders that never get confirmed, I work in a restaurant that has doordash and Uber and know how this works and I n is it’s just not getting confirmed on the stores end, they just leave the keeper open until they’re closed, this location is one of the worst

Today is Fathers Day. Went into the store to buy a pint of ice cream. Of course, as usual...they only have 1 flavor available. Big fridge, half empty and 1 flavor of ice cream. New management sucks big time. Go to the counter. Tub of ice cream doesn’t have a label...ask what flavor it is...answer I get...”ugh duh I don’t know”. Great staff. Ask for an ice cream Sunday while looking at the board which clearly states different variations of ice cream Sunday’s...answer I get...” yeah we don’t do Sundays”. WTF!
