Jamba

I wasn't really the biggest fan of Jamba Juice! I'd go to Robek's because I really love their acai bowls. Anyway, I developed a really sore throat and needed something cold and soothing. SobI tried this location because it's close to where I live. The Orange Dream Machine was absolutely amazing! It tasted great and definitely helped me feel a little better! I got the large and finished it, too! It was so good that I went back to the same location and bought another one. The staff were nice too! A bunch of young kids did a really good job working there, which means that they were trained well! Keep up the good work! 😊👍🏾

For some reason all Jamba locations have a certain smell and I can’t put my finger on it. It’s like a mix between smoothie powder and cleaner. Either way the smoothies are always good despite the costs going way up. Customer service is good. Parking for this location is just okay, but it’s in a busy shopping center so it’s not their fault.

Update:5/29 It's a nice location because it's in the shopping location. I feel like they gotten slower. It gets really busy and packed in there. Despite having 4 workers. It takes 15 minutes for 2 drinks. Then they miss size portions. Did an only Mobile order. Got in and out. The mixes were consistent. Some other Jamba Juices add too much pear juice, not enough sherbet. This place makes them good! And they don't do paper strawls which is a super plus! Walked through the door and it was ready! Employees were really nice and respectful. They seemed happy to be working. Its a good Jamba Juice If your walking through. It's not close to get in and out of.Parking is so so...due to the shopping mall. There are two flights of stairs. If your entering from the south side of the mall. If your entering from the Eastside, it's next to Claire's. I think the owner was working at the time of our visit, and she was working really hard. Super polite and welcoming every customer. She is setting the example for a great leader!

I usually come in on yhe weekends and they have aa really great staff! Always friendly, with quick turnaround. Able to engage in fun conversation. Just today, we did an experiment on my new charge card just to see if the thicker, aluminum card was any louder than the plastic ones. During the weekdays, I had a few great experience where they were able to take my order over the phone with a future pick up time (like 20 minutes advance). Flawless, saving my a lot of trouble and time. Very accomodaccomm when so near a business center.

Quick & efficient, and tasty as always! The perfect treat on a 92° day... and they even let me bring my 70lb pup inside to get my much-craved Jamba- which was a lifesaver on a day I simply couldn't leave my boy in the car 😁🐕👍 And he enjoyed those 5mins of icy cold A/C so much that I think we're gonna have to make this a regular outing! Thanks ladies! 😊

Great spot for a quick smoothie while you’re out and about. This Jamba Juice has been here as long as I can remember, at least 20 years. They do sell a few food items but mainly they are known for their smoothies. There is a nice outdoor area with a fountain. Usually this area has seasonal decorations. The parking lot at Carmel Mountain Plaza can be packed during busy times.
