Gluten Free in RB! And free of other common food allergies as well! Great location perfect for spending lunch time. The food pricing is decent and the food portions are worth it. Highly recommended for anyone with food allergies. Their cafe and bakery serves some of the food I haven't had in years! Shout out to the staff keep it up! Sandwiches are savory, pizza was delicious, and pasta was really good quality. Can't wait to try something new next time!

OMG! The food here is phenomenal! The desserts are some of the best gluten free desserts I have ever had. Everything my girlfriend and I have ordered has been fantastic, lunch or breakfast. The crew is awesome. Jocelyn and Elly greet us every time we come in and treat us like royalty. We love this place!

Loved this place! Wife is allergic to gluten, and going out to eat can be difficult. This place is dedicated gluten-free, and corn and soy free as well. They had a full menu as well as baked goodies, cakes, cookies, and cupcakes. We had the eggs benedict, biscuits and gravy, and banana stuffed french toast. Everything was cooked perfectly, and tasted fantastic! We're not from here but next time in SoCal, we will stop in here again. Thanks for giving us excellent food and peace of mind!

Their food is soooooo good and they have a variety of gluten free options! I was so happy to have found a gluten free spot I can eat out without worry. My boyfriend doesn't have to eat gluten free but I took him here anyways and he LOVED it! He wants to go back and try everything. I wish I lived a little bit closer and the hours were longer so I could visit more often but either way, it's a great spot to check out! They have cupcakes, biscuits and gravy, sandwiches, etc. The list goes on. The friendly and knowledgeable staff makes for an even better experience!

Great food! The sandwiches were delicious. We had the salmon lox and the loaded turkey panini. I highly recommend them. We also had 4 cupcakes and each one is well crafted. These folks know what they're doing. The amount of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options will bring a smile to your face. The drinks were tasty too! Reasonable prices. Very good location. Outdoor seating on a beautiful San Diego day. Go for a visit 👌🏾

The Holy Grail of American Gluten Free cafe-bakeries! All gluten free so no cross contamination? Check. Cafe with full breakfast menu? Check. Cupcakes? SCONES? Muffins? Multiple fresh baked bread options? French bread? Baking mixes? Check-check-check-check.... They also have pies, do wedding cakes, regular cakes, soups, and sandwiches. All ingredients and menu items are prepped in their kitchen to avoid any cross contamination. We tried the avocado toast with bacon and an orange cranberry muffin which made my mouth water AFTER I consumed it. The toast was prepared on a panini press and was piled high with avocado and tasty. The staff is friendly and helpful with questions. A real oasis for gluten free travelers. Oh yeah, two words. Lemon bars....
