Daphne's California Greek

The last Daphnes in the county and they didn't disappoint! We were thrilled to discover it in Sorrento Valley while out and about. The falafel was cooked just right and the tzatziki sauce is so good. The gyro meat was tender and flavorful. We were sad they were out of our favorite lemon soup, but we will be back!

I can't say more about this place than this is an absolute must for go to for Greek food. It's always fresh and tasty and looks great. It's a little bit on the pricey side but totally worth it because of the freshness that you can taste in every bite. They have a bathroom that you can use and the parking is easy.

This place is incredible. Where have they been hiding. Great service, food was tasty and delicious. The price was in reason. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a fast food type restaurant with the qualities of a fine dining price. If I could give them more than 5 stars I definitely would!

I usually don’t do reviews on places but I had to give one for this restaurant. I’m a doordash driver, so I deal with many restaurants in the area. First off, Julian was very welcoming and offered me a drink while I was waiting, which rarely happens. He kept me up to date and when the order was ready and took the time to review the order with me, ensuring there was no mess ups. Julian and his team really took the time to ensure I left happy. I came and ate after and the food was pretty good! 5 stars for customer service and for overall food experience.

Great Location and plenty of parking. The menu is great with few new additions. They are very flexible with the menu and your order. You can replace pretty much anything. I ordered Surf And Turf Plate, but tailor made for me. Instead of Shrimp, I asked for Chicken Instead of Rice, I asked for Tabouli with Roasted Red Pepper Hummus It was perfect. Also got to try their Lemon Chicken Soup and Baklava. Soup was heavy on Lemon but as I got to bottom, it was heaven. We also tried Sides of Hummus, Avocado Dip & Warm Pita. Waiting for the next visit and I know what exactly need to order.
