Update [11/12]: Revisited this location and received great customer service this time around. Shout out to the crew member who served me - he was friendly and very helpful. thank you! Update[11/7]: Customer service reached out and was great at acknowledging and addressing what had happened. I am willing to give this store another shot and will update this review when I revisit. original post [11/5]: I never write reviews but this experience was awful I need to share. I ordered through Pick Up and when I arrived was greeted by Yasmin (or Jasmin?) who was cold and unfriendly. As I was about to eat my salad (never ate it), realized a substantial amount of mixt greens were wilted/gone bad. I waited in line ( they were busy serving others) and when it was my turn, asked if I could have a base that's fresh. She was very reluctant and rather than making a new salad, she put a meager portion of kale (1/2 of the original size) into a new bowl and started to transport the toppings from my original salad (which were now somewhat mixed) into the new container. Given my new base was tiny AND my toppings weren't all transferred to the new bowl before she handed me the "finished" salad, I used my fork to move some of the remaining toppings from the old bowl to the new one in front of her over the counter. She stopped rudely and said I couldn't do that implying I was trying to move the original salad base over (why would I?!! the leaves are bad). I explained myself yet she was extremely disrespectful and said " I don't care you can't do that". She kept on repeating she didn't care. Her insinuations were beyond rude and her attitude was shocking. I was appalled. I was taken aback by all that happened and asked if I could speak to the store mgr and was told he/she wont be back until next week (who know's if that's true) I frequently come here and this is not how you treat customers. Every customer deserves respect. There are ways to communicate the same point without being rude. I would hope she learns what good customer service means one day
