This place is the best in the area. Bartenders are always friendly and the food is great. I ordered the French burger that comes with blue cheese and bacon and asked for it over a salad for a low carb keto version and it is DELICIOUS definitely recommend.

Filled to the brim with locals. Escape all of the tourists and enjoy a reprieve from everything San Francisco themed. Grab one of their popular burgers, and a little liquid refreshment before heading back out to see more of the town.

It is a small spot but it one of my favorites. Prices are good, food is delicious, service is good. Close to work for me so it's great for lunch or after work happy hour.

When you think of going to a bar this is the kind of bar that I think of it's dark they sell beer I can get loud sometimes there's neon lights there's regulars is animated people and it's generally fun. I was a visitor to San Francisco and we were looking for a quick bite and grumpy seemed to fit the bill we went there had some burgers, and everyone seemed to have a good time. I would recommend it. Small place with tight seating. The woman that helped me was very nice. The burger was absolutely delicious! I would definitely come back for lunch or happy hour.

Ordered the pesto burger. Tasted fine and everything seemed to mush together. Basically I mean it was soft each bite. If that is what you like in your burger, then you're at the right place. They have several TVs mounted on the wall with sports playing and bills stuck to the ceiling. It's a fun environment, but I've only been there for lunch.
