Excelente bakery. I can said everything we tried it was delicious.
We tried the fig and nut loaf bread, cheese Danish, Japanese sandwiches, and curry and meat donut balls.
All excellent.
Very busy bakery. The ladies are very attentive with the customers needs, although it was crazy busy .

Amazing place. All of their bakery goods looked delish. Morning combo $5( pastry + coffee ) is such a great deal. I got a mango custard danish, And they put fresh mango on top of the danish (for just $3 of a pastry???) it tastes fresh and not overly sweet which I love~
the lady there was being really nice. Will come back.

I was on the hunt for pretzel bread which this bakery doesn’t offer but I did walk away with a half loaf of wheat bread and a small danish. Very friendly and quick service! The displays are a bit cluttered and chaotic looking, but you’ll find something delicious, that’s for sure!

I always get the Turkey Cobb salad. It's fresh, affordable and a nice sized portion. They have a diverse array of baked goods including pastries, cookies, cakes, & a nice selection of breads.

Andersen Bakery has amazing cakes and great bread, plus some of the best Clam Chowder in SF. I especially love their Japanese Milk Bread & bread balls (Pain Boule) great for Bread Bowls!
