Cinnaholic

Staff is always kind and helpful. Their cinnamon rolls are the best I've ever had. The fact that you can customize them to just about any flavor you like is so fun and has me craving at anytime of the year, rain or shine, celebration or not. Happy they now have one in San Jose, used to have to drive up to Berkeley for these. The fact that the shop is 100% vegan is unbelievable, it's always good to come across places like this. Good to know only thing I can feel guilty about after eating here is my sugar intake, but sugars sweet so it evens out.

For a birthday, instead of getting a cake I decided to get customized cinnamon buns from Cinnaholic and man were these mouthwatering delicacies worth it! Each one was pricey at $8 a pop with the toppings, but everyone loved them. It took around 15 minutes to freshly bake these and have them hot and ready for takeout, nicely packaged too. If they get cold make sure to heat them up for a few seconds. There are a few tables inside if you choose to order in. Street parking in downtown San Jose can be notoriously difficult but we were able to find a spot nearby pretty easily. Go check this place out - you won't regret it!

This was my first time here and it did not disappoint! I placed a large order and being my first time I had lots of questions, the staff was very patient and happy to answer all of my questions. My order was ready on time and done to perfection. Let's talk about the cinnamon rolls, frosting and toppings! AHA-MAZ-ING!!! We got vanilla, cream cheese & coffee frosting. The coffee was a hit or miss. Some people loved it and some did not. Surprisingly, both my kids loved it lol. It tasted like black coffee but without the bitter taste and there was actually coffee grounds in the frosting. I think if I had any advice on improving something, I definitely think they could improve the coffee frosting to have a smoother taste and texture. Everything else was amazing. The cinnamon rolls were soft and extra delicious when heated up a bit! For toppings we got cookie dough and peanut butter cups. Yumm yumm yummy! In addition I provided mini oreo cookies and sprinkles. Everything overall was a hit! We will definitely order in the future! Thanks cinnaholic for helping to make my son's birthday a success!

Updated review: didn't realize that cinnaholic was 100% vegan - couldn't taste that at all. The frosting was good, not sure if i loved the cinnamon role itself though,it was just ok. I think I have to come back and give it another try! Got lucky with parking but it can be hard to find a spot in that area.

Had an incredible dinner at Chachos of fish tacos and walking back to hotel stumbled across Cinneholic— rolled the dice, took the plunge and man alive are we GLAD WE DID— hot, fresh, yummy gooey goodness of homemade cinnamon roll heaven!! You select your topping AND your style of frosting and DIG IN! I went simple with a basic almond cream cheese and it was divine!!

Would’ve rated 5 stars if they weren’t so expensive. Amazing vegan cinnamon roll chain. I wish there was a way to modify the sugar levels — I didn’t know the cookie dough was SO sweet. It was delicious though, I’m just not used to eating so much sugar. We split the Cookie Monster among 3 people and it was the perfect size.
