Jack In The Box

Open all night (drive through). These people hustle to keep the lines moving. They do a great job of it. They have always had great attitudes in my experience at this location. Never negative. This says a lot to me about the management. Food is good as expected. *I theorize that we each have the ability to navigate only so many perturbations for any period of time. When two or three issues pop up at once, a person might pull their hair out (an attempt to expand the brain, maybe?). The whole day may allow one or two more, depending on the outcomes of the first two or three. Some incidents may encounter several irritations in working toward the solution, right? So, it’s so important for managers to have the support of their employees, and to delegate and trust the employees to work out problems as they arise. Micromanaging is a trap and a hamster wheel, will cause more problems than are solved by it. *When managers are concerned with their three sides: boss/the owner, the customers AND, equally, the employees (fair time-clocking, scheduling/personal time needs, breaks, delegations and duties, and just treating employees with the same respect as for anyone else) then everything gets done more efficiently. Employees will usually reciprocate respect and will often be well-supportive. Trust and respect go hand-in-hand. The rough roads smooth out when attitudes are good. It’s great for the customers. And the boss/owner? Well, it’s not their goal to be happy. But if they have reasoning like Jack, himself, then they probably are.

Okay here's what I really like about Jack in the box 1) they are always serving breakfast and their breakfast is pretty good. Nice variety of things to pick from. good hash browns good coffee 2) they're open late if not 24 hours and that is appreciated. Food is not overpriced and if you got the app it's even better. 3) there's always new items and special so it's never really boring. All that being said there are two items from the past I wish they would bring back the first one is the nachos from back in the late '80s early 90s. Oh my God were they delicious! The 2nd item was the sliders that they had just about 5 years 6 years ago I think.

Shout out to Gustavo, man deserves to be recognized. I arrived on a Sunday night, tonight in fact. The drive thru was a tad bit busy. Unbeknownst to me it was cause seemingly it was only Gustavo working the window and grill at least that’s what it seemed to me. With how busy it was he needs to be recognized because throughout the whole time I was there and once I arrived to the window not only was he calm, he was genuinely nice. He needs a raise, opportunity to grow or at minimum some sort of recognition. We’re all too quick to hate and write negative reviews because we experience prolonged wait times, but in these times sometimes we need to be in other peoples’ shoes. I’ll be honest with a night of how the Jack In The Box drive thru seemed, I wouldn’t have been able to do the job. It seemed nonstop. So Gustavo I applaud you brother!

Disappointed that I was craving a oreo cookie shake but was told that they had ran out. London suggested they had vanilla shake available, I've never tried it but happy I did because it was very delicious. Tasted like a soft serve. This will be my go-to now. London had a very happy, upbeat personality... always a pleasure to be helped by such energetic, outgoing people.
