We had gone for dinner on the way back from SF. First of all I’ll start from the best. This is perhaps the only Indian restaurant I know that has chai (Indian tea with milk) on the house and the chai was fantastic. We had ordered chole bhatura (deep fried Indian bread with garbanzo beans) and it was outstanding. We also had ordered Pav Bhaji (bread with a spicy Indian curry) and it was decent. Overall I would rate it 5/5 because the staff were super friendly, food was tasty and service was reasonably fast (15 mins).

One of my favourite places for Biryani in the bay area! Being an ardent Biryani fan, I have tried a lot of Restaurants serving chicken biryani and this hands down is among the top favourite places. I have tried the Chicken dum biryani there - it’s yummy. Perfect blend of flavours and quantity, this is a must try!

We had our Housewarming party food ordered from Tabla restaurant and they are very courteous and helpful with choosing Menu and very responsive for each and every question we had. Our party food was a very big hit and each and every item including starters to biryanis and rotis are exceptionally delicious. One of the best and quality food we tasted in recent times. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for new and authentic Indian food.

I have been eating food at Tabla for almost more than 5 years now. The quality of food is just amazing. I have never seen any compromise in the quality of food. Firstly I found all of their biryanis are really great. Secondly, I also enjoyed their Chhole bature, Pav bhaaji and Mysore Masala dosa. Recently I tried their paneer tikka masala, that was too good. Last year I also had catering service experience with them. The staff members are very polite and offered great service. One of the best Indian restaurants in San Mateo county.

We were visiting SF from Canada and were tired of having burgers and pizza. I googled Indian food and Found Tabla… I checked the reviews and decided to visit. On our first visit we had butter chicken and garlic naan. We immediately became Fans of this restaurant. The food was beyond yummy! The second time we had chicken tikka masala with naan… which was also very yummy. We visited the place 3 times…! Totally Recommend this restaurant for Indian food lovers

I tried almost all the non veg dishes (mostly starters and biryanis) in this restaurant. All the dishes tasted good. Out of all, I will say Ulvacharu biryani, karampodi chicken(Spicy), masala grilled fish and Vij Special Boneless Chicken Biryani are my all time favorite. The taste is authentic and requested mild/medium biryani for my kids. Some of my friends ordered Vegetarian dishes and they are happy with their food. I was very happy with the ambiance of the restaurant to enjoy with my family and friends. I will definitely recommend this place for good authentic Indian food.
