David's Restaurant

I celebrated my graduation this evening in this fine place. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a fantastic evening and the venue was undoubtedly one of the reasons for the fruitful celebration. The crew collaborated in a very nice way, the cuisine was tasty and my guests were very overjoyed. We shall definitely visit again for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

We had our retirees yearly Christmas lunch at David's. As always the food was good and they handled the lunch for around 165 as efficiently as possible. Our group was moving around in their large banquet room and I am sure they would have preferred we stayed seated but they were gracious as always. We just hope that David' survives Santa Clara's efforts to take over the property another year so we can go there again next year.

Service was horrible and the food was even worse. Ordered a hamburger medium and it came completely black on the outside and raw in the middle. Came with fries which were cold. Son ordered steak which was also burnt and was disgusting. The table next to us sent their food back because their meat entree smelled spoiled. Will never eat there again

Went here to check it out for a wedding reception. It has a lot of parking, and they insisted their food was the best. We did not try their food. Their wedding package was not what we were looking for, they have no open bar package or the option to give your guests unlimited wine or beer. The place is in need of a make over. Run down carpets, which they stated they were going to replace. Broken blinds. The chairs and decorations look like your grandma decorated the place in the 80s. Plus, we would have had to share the space with another booking, with a thin fold out wall between us. Also, having to share the bathroom and bar space with that booking. There is no dressing room for the bride and the bathrooms smell like they hadn't been cleaned well. The plus side, they offer free parking for your guests, the space is somewhat large and the food prices are reasonable.

I was looking for a place for an event. No supersize, I wanted to see if their food and service are good. So one night, after making an appointment with them, My family and I went there. We asked the manager to several of those foods listed in their buffet menu for the event. But he said and I am quoting “we don't serve those foods daily" Wow. We insisted we want to check the food. He said and I am quoting “believe me our food is the best in the area". Wow. Finally he agreed and brought us one of the dishes listed in the menu. We test that food. Wow we found out it was one week old food. Without any regret he served that food. Later we called and complained. Wow He said and I am quoting" Do you think other restaurants serve you fresh food?" The rest of judgment to you.

A nice ambience for lunch(was here with my team once). Bar is also good. Less ratings w.r.t vegetarian food(no options at all, just 1 or 2). Else non-veg & seafood options are good. $$ cost-wise. Parking may be difficult. Complimentary bread was served. Fresh & hot. Server was very nice & helpful. Talked out the menu options.

We celebrated our son's 13th birthday dinner at David's. The menu was fit to feed children and adults perfectly. The food was so tasty and delicious. The service was excellent. We had our own private area. For a very good price. But the memory David's hold with all those who attended is priceless and unforgettable. Absolutely a great choice.
